This is an honor awarded by USA Swimming for 10th, 11th, or 12th graders who are members of USA Swimming and nominated by a USA Swimming Coach. These athletes have participated in an individual event in the Sectional Championships. They hold a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale in the academic subjects.
