REQUIRED ITEMS:

ALL GROUPS: goggles, fins, black competition suit

SR : Zoomers (short fins), Speedo stroke maker paddles (red), shoes & mesh bag, snorkel (Finis or TYR), pull buoy, tennis shoes for dryland

SUITS &  CAPS:

Team MEET suit is SOLID BLACK – Piping is acceptable, any color, but no blocks or large panels of another color

Team caps are sold or given by SCAT, & only these may be worn at practice & meets.
